Safeo24, owned and operated by Sarvang Infotech India Limited (“Company”), is a mobile application developed to enhance women’s safety through its suite of features, including SOS, Follow Me, I’m Here - Check-in, Emergency Contacts, and other functionalities. By accessing or using Safeo24 (“App”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, conditions, and disclaimers, which are binding. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.

1. Emergency Services Disclaimer
  • 1.1. Non-Substitution for Emergency Services

    Safeo24 provides tools like SOS and location-sharing functionalities to assist users in distress. However, these features are not substitutes for direct contact with local emergency services (e.g., 112, 911). Users are advised to contact official emergency responders for immediate assistance.

  • 1.2. Timeliness of Alerts

    While the App is designed to promptly notify emergency contacts or other users, technical constraints such as network availability, GPS inaccuracies, or device issues may delay or prevent notifications from being sent or received.

  • 1.3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

    The App’s features, including SOS and Follow Me, are designed to mitigate risks but do not guarantee safety or prevention of harm. Safeo24 is a tool and cannot replace personal vigilance or judgment in emergencies.

2. Technical Accuracy and Limitations
  • 2.1. Reliance on Third-Party Services

    Safeo24 integrates with third-party services (e.g., SMS gateways, telecommunication providers, GPS systems, mapping technologies, etc.). The Company does not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or availability of these third-party services.

  • 2.2. Device and Software Compatibility

    Safeo24 is optimized for modern Android and iOS operating systems. Any errors or malfunctions arising from outdated software, unsupported devices, or third-party software interference are not the responsibility of the Company.

  • 2.3. Data Transmission and Network Issues

    The App relies on data transmission via mobile networks, Wi-Fi, or other internet services. The Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond its control, such as network outages, latency, or device malfunctions.

3. User Responsibilities

    Safeo24 may not be available in all countries or regions due to technical, legal, or policy constraints. Users are advised to confirm the availability of features in their respective locations.

4. Data and Privacy

    Safeo24’s functionality relies on real-time location data provided by the user’s device. The accuracy of location sharing depends on GPS signals, network availability, and device settings, all of which may impact performance.

  • 4.2. Data Usage

  • 4.3. No Data Monitoring

    The Company does not actively monitor user activities within the App but reserves the right to investigate misuse or violations of terms.
